You find the race office at the Kruisvest near the finish.

Athletes with an uneven start number can enlist between 13h15 and 15h00, athletes with an even start number between 14h30 and 16h15.

The transition area opens at 14h30 and closes at 16h45 sharp. You cannot enter the race if you show up after 16h45. By 16h50 all athletes should have left the transition area.

Pro’s and trio’s: check-in via Potterierei (next to the Snaggaardbrug)

Ladies, Age-groups and Swim-run : via the gate in the E. Zorghestraat (only reachable via Carmerstraat)

There is coverage from 16h30 at the swim start until about 22h00 at the finish.

The race starts at 17h15 at Sasplein with the swim section. The Pro wave starts first, the other waves follow shortly after.

The bar opens at 13h00. The VIP-bar opens at 18h30. Drinks till 00u00. Both close at 01h00.

What to expect as a VIP.

A VIP parking is provided at the lawyers parking of the court of Bruges within walking distance of the finish. You will find the entrance just after house number 2 on the Kazernevest. Have your VIP parking ticket at hand for access control.

The VIP area opens at 6:30 PM.

As a VIP you will be welcomed in our exclusive VIP area where you can network with other VIPs over some food and a drink.

Of course you can also use your tokens at the outdoor bar or one of the other food stands.

The best place to follow the race is in the triathlon village at the Kruisvest (between Sint-Janshuismolen and Bonne-Chieremolen). We expect the first athlete at 19h00.

The award ceremony for pro athletes starts at 20h00, the award ceremony for agegroups and relay teams starts at 21h15.

The cash desk closes at 00h30. The bar closes at 01h00.
